just spent 20 minutes on hold only to find out I was talking to someone at a call center. Not the office where I normally go. All I wanted was to find out if my tetanus was up to date. I am having difficulty walking as I stepped on a nail. Not customer service, this is customer no service.

Updating review... After posting my initial review I received a phone call from Brandy who immediately got our refund check cut and dropped it off so I could pick it up in Thurston. initial review... Treatment and care at the urgent care is good. However, when my husband needed treatment on 3/16 they couldn't verify something with his insurance so they insisted we had to pay $190 up front. no biggie, it would be on our CC and we'd be refunded the amount we didn't really owe. Robin, who is the nurse there, is awesome! So calm and caring!! Miranda Barlow is absolutely awesome!!!! Very thorough and one of the few providers who knows how to run labs for thyroid!!! Highly recommend her as a care provider!!
