I’d highly recommend Conor at Nova Physiotherapy in Dartmouth. He was fantastic throughout my recovery after my De Quervain’s release surgery. He gave me effective exercises that really helped me regain my wrist strength and mobility, and always adjusted them as I improved. He was patient, encouraging, and made the whole rehab process much easier. Thanks, Conor!
I highly recommend Nova Physiotherapy. I came to nova physiotherapy 4 weeks after knee replacement surgery very distort at how my recovery was going. I had been to another place and was not gaining any range of motion and was told that I may gain a little more. The facility is inviting and comfortable. I like that the rooms are separated and much more private than other places I've gone to receive treatment. The girl on the front desk is always so pleasant, unfortunately, she is changing careers and will be leaving. Hoping that the next person will be just as welcoming.
