I had the pleasure of working with Elora years ago - and if I had to describe her in 1 word, it would be: real. Fastforward and I'm a client at Nova Phoenix now. The entire practice and all who work there, embody the traits Elora is trying to put out into the world. With over 60 therapists in 4 locations, and offering sliding scale rates, this is an amazing place for anyone who wants to overcome their hardships by working with their emotions, and not against them. 100% recommend.

I came to Elora during a very difficult time, my brother was missing, and I found her to be incredibly responsive, empathetic and caring. Through the process of finding my brother deceased and the journey of grief, Elora has been there to provide support and understanding. The most amazing counsellers you will come across. Every person who is a part of Nova Pheonix are the most genuine, supportive and caring people you will ever come across. The Therapist's are supported and mentored by the most incredible people in this field. They will go above and beyond to help you, without judgement. Just grace, and support.
