This place left me feeling very discouraged. I have been sick. I called to make an appt. The guy who answered was very nice but he asked me why I needed to be seen. I replied for hydration and that I think I needed an IV and to help me be able to sleep while riding out the illness. He schedules me and they don't even do IVs at this location as it is not a real fully equipped urgent care, it's Urgent Care "lite". The doctor was nice. Outstanding! I walked in and they were very accommodating and found me an appointment within half an hour. I saw Soojin Kim, an excellent family nurse practitioner. She was very courteous and professional. She asked a lot of good questions and discovered information I had not thought about. She did a thorough exam and explained her procedure and her diagnostic process. Then she discussed treatment and options for fast recovery. Very good. I will come here for my medical needs in the future.
I had an excellent experience with Dr. Kim and cannot recommend her highly enough. I had an excellent experience at NOVA Patient Care! From the moment I walked in, the front desk staff made me feel welcomed. Lidya was absolutely wonderful—friendly, professional, and very helpful with the check-in process. She went above and beyond to make sure everything was smooth and stress-free. The medical assistants/phlebotomist are very friendly and the wait time is usually decent. Dr. Desandies was an amazing doctor before he retired. I usually would give this office 5 stars but I am rating 1 star because of Alexandria Alberto. She is a new doctor at this location and when I say she is absolutely horrible. Do not book with her, she will give you the run around. She’s never on time when you’re supposed to be seen, super nice lady but rushes you through the appointment. How are you late and rushing me?
