Outstanding! I walked in and they were very accommodating and found me an appointment within half an hour. I saw Soojin Kim, an excellent family nurse practitioner. She was very courteous and professional. She asked a lot of good questions and discovered information I had not thought about. She did a thorough exam and explained her procedure and her diagnostic process. Then she discussed treatment and options for fast recovery. Very good. I will come here for my medical needs in the future.
I had an excellent experience at NOVA Patient Care! From the moment I walked in, the front desk staff made me feel welcomed. The medical assistants/phlebotomist are very friendly and the wait time is usually decent. Dr. Desandies was an amazing doctor before he retired. I usually would give this office 5 stars but I am rating 1 star because of Alexandria Alberto. She is a new doctor at this location and when I say she is absolutely horrible. Do not book with her, she will give you the run around. She’s never on time when you’re supposed to be seen, super nice lady but rushes you through the appointment. How are you late and rushing me?
