I have been a patient for the past year and have been well taken care of by Dr. Henslee and the awesome staff/techs. Dr Henslee really cares and is very patient with all my questions and concerns. The staff/techs are kind and helpful. Mohammad has been so helpful from my first appointment til today. As well as Maricela, Ayani, Ali and Tony. They are all so friendly and helpful! Grateful for Nova Patient Care!

My experience from being helped courteously by the receptionist to the friendly and competent care I received from Dr. Prez, my overall experience was enjoyable.
STAY AWAY from this service provider. I had the horrible experience of them invoicing my insurance provider in the ridiculous amount of $304 for a doctor's follow-up phone call lasting 3 minutes that I had thought was a routine practice. Little did I know that the office billed my insurance provider the 3 minute phone call as a virtual doctor office visit. Unbelievable. I recommend to choose a different service provider.
