A call to the apartment management. Everything is going well. One problem is that the manager, Lisa Lopez, has a way of approaching male tenants that shouldn't be typical. I suggest she keep her distance to avoid negative reviews. She should be professional and have very appropriate conversations. Ms. Lisa Lopez should be professional with male tenants and avoid engaging in inaccurate and inappropriate relationships.
Don’t be misled by the negative or fake reviews you might see. I’ve lived here for the past 4 years, and my experience has been great, especially since Lisa became the property manager and Richmark Property Management took over. Lisa and the maintenance team are truly wonderful. Anytime I’ve had an issue, they’ve been quick, helpful, and professional. En mi experiencia llevo 5 meses viviendo aqui y me siento muy feliz y tranquila. Este es lugar muy tranquilo para vivir y muy limpios hasta ahora yo no e mirado cucarachas ningun clase de animales o plagas. Tambien depende mucho de que tan limpio uno tenga su hogar.
