(This is our 5th year here) These apartments used to be so great. But the new management is horrible, and extremely rude. We went without hot water for 2 months, and were not taken seriously when we brought up our concerns several times over the course of several weeks. We put in a request over a month ago to have our garbage disposal fixed, and it still hasn’t been completed, even though they mark it as “complete”.
