BAD BUSINESS...my colleague and I provided bartending services for nova pain and wellness and were never paid. We bartended an event that fell over Halloween weekend (an extremely busy weekend in the bar scene) and never received our pay. Absolutely amazing! The staff is great!!! I am so grateful for every one at Nova. I am able to get through my day and still function on a high level even after pretty bad damaged to my spine. The team at Nova is helping not only make me feel better but helping by providing real long term solutions.

We provided chair massage services for Nova. We expedited services for a last-minute event to ensure they would have a massage therapist there. We've worked with them before and payment was late and finally made after a couple follow up emails. This time around, absolutely no effort has been made to pay this invoice. Email, texts, phone calls...and nothing. Jessie, the owner, and Cailtlin, one of her staff, keep "passing the buck" off on one another. It's a mere $320. Nova is a great place for healing the body, it's also surrounded by amazing people that are extending them self to the community on a regular basis. Nova makes sure they fulfill their social and moral responsibility and serves those in need in many capacities.
