Very welcoming friendly staff and take their time for quality cleaning
True professionals, booking easy, kept up to date. Five stars for Fatima the cleaner who has gone above and beyond and worked so hard and did an amazing clean, so helpful and kind. Nothing was too much trouble, an amazing finished sparkling clean. Love that the products are organic and no harmful chemicals yet worked so well. All cleaning gear is bought to job. Highly recommend Nova organic cleaning.
Good experience with the team — they were on time and did a decent job. The bathrooms and carpets were cleaned well, and the thank-you note was a lovely touch. However, the mopping could be improved, as there were marks left on the tile flooring that stick to the feet while walking. The mirror cleaning can also be better. Thank you for the service.
Absolutely amazing staff. I have a lovely French couple to make my home sparkle. Their attention to detail is spot on, and they are very thorough. Communication with head office is always easy and they are all so friendly and easy to talk to. I couldn't be happier
