Hard to get an appointment. Make it hard to just walk in. Never return call and tried to even email. Don't want to do business with a company that doesn't care about their customers

I only have the best things to say about NOVA. Natalie and Nate are incredible humans and not only are my nails always gorgeous but they actually care. I had to bring my 3 month old when I got my nails done with my 6 year old today and she was a little cranky. Nate kept letting me stop to love on her to calm her down as often as I needed to (until my husband came to get the baby). They do their best to make you feel welcome and I can't thank them enough.

Nova Nails has become one of my go-to places for great manicures, talented nail techs, and friendly service. Natalie and Laura are both skilled and respectful, and I’ve consistently been happy with the quality of my manicures. Natalie did my green square nails, and they lasted over a month before a single nail broke, which really impressed me. Her work felt clean and well done, and she’s clearly popular! We had a wonderful experience at Nova Nails! Natalie did an amazing job on my daughter's nails — the nail art was absolutely beautiful and exactly what she wanted. Natalie was so kind, patient, and detailed, making sure every little design was perfect. The salon is clean, welcoming, and very professional. We will definitely be coming back and highly recommend Nova Nails and Natalie if you're looking for gorgeous nail art and excellent service!
