My second time coming to nova and I am very disappointed. I came for a full set of acrylics with my friend and noticed after the powder was applied that the tips were very lifted and not flat against the nails at all. I mentioned this to the nail tech who was obviously annoyed that I pointed it out. He was dismissive and defensive, saying why didn’t I say anything sooner. I told him I only just noticed. I’ve been a loyal customer at this salon for nearly two years, visiting monthly. Unfortunately, my most recent visit was extremely disappointing. I forgot my wallet at home and made multiple genuine attempts to pay using digital cards on a new phone. During this time, the manager appeared visibly annoyed, did not respond when I explained the situation, and spoke to me abruptly in front of other customers while I was trying to resolve the payment issue. I love nova nails, I’ve been going to this salon since they opened. The staff are very warm and friendly & the atmosphere is so clean and pretty. 100% recommend!

I started out thinking my experience would be great but I had mixed emotions. I messaged them a picture and said I’d like to do this on my regular nails without acrylics if possible. They said they could do the design and it’d be $85. Didnt come with any of the regular manicure services, and they charged me $100. I had to have nails redone several times. Nova Nail Lounge is always a great experience. It's clean, modern, professional and well kept. The guy at the front desk always looks put together and is friendly. They have a menu with clear prices, and a paper where you fill out what you want. It's not the cheapest, but it's not the most expensive, and you get what you pay for. I always do walk-ins and I never have to wait more than a few minutes. Hallelujah! Let's say a prayer to the nail salon gods that it stays this way!
