I had a horrible experience at the nail salon. When I arrived, there was a guy assigned to do my nails. I had a set already on and told him I wanted a fill in the almond shape, which had grown out after a month. Before he started, I specifically said I wanted to keep them almond and not narrow. He filled my right hand, and it came out stiletto. I calmly told him I didn't like it before he began filing my left hand. He then asked if I wanted to do a new set. Had my first pedicure ever done here and can say that the experience was amazing. Everything exceeded my expectations and the staff was so nice and friendly. They talked me through everything and made sure I had such a great relaxing time. Also special shout out to Ann for being so sweet and funny. She was honestly the best!
