Always disappointed, I keep giving them more chances. I’m done. Sorry, but the male nail people just don’t care. The guy I got tonight spent 5 minutes massaging one leg, and 30 seconds on the other. Same with my feet, spent a good amount on one foot and none on the other. I had to ask him to even out my nails and the polish on my big toes didn’t even go over the top of the nail. So done with this place.
Wonderful atmosphere, clean, effiencet & incredibly talented nail artists! Cherry brought my inspiration to life, she absolutely nailed it!😍 10/10 my mother & I will definitely be returning.
We had a wonderful experience at Nova Nails. I took my mom and sister here for my mom's birthday. Customer service was great -- they brought us slushies and tea to drink while we waited, and were very flexible for us. My mom is still recovering from a stroke so it is a challenge moving her around since we still need a cane and a gait belt. They were willing to do her manicure at the lounge chairs so she wouldn't have to move. Amazing place! The space is beautiful, spotless, and extremely professional. The team delivers excellent work, and the location is absolutely prime. Highly recommended!
