Only reason for the one star is because the staff was good. It’s comical when you walk in and read the sign at the desk that reads goal 91 minutes for DOT Physical. Well 225 minutes is a long ways from that goal. I’ve had my CDL since 2007 and have been here a few different times and it’s always 3+ hours no matter if there is 3 people in the lobby or 10. Absolutely horrible. Do better.
