I came for drug and alcohol test along with coworkers. Pee in a cup, that is it. Two hours later we are still waiting. No reason for this since there was not enough patients waiting. Absurd!

Great Office Staff. Kool Physical Therapy Drs. But the main Dr is very bad. She do not take her oath to heart. if your black go somewhere else. just cause of her. I love Nova's office staff. I told them Mr Smith is my dad. it took 1 visit for them to get it right. A1 Front desk Staff. Dr is subpar.
This is the worst medical facility I’ve ever been too long wait, lazy nurses, slow doctor I wouldn’t go back to this center if I was near death! JUST HORRIBLE
