Very professional, they made sure I was comfortable, and had everything I needed and they were on time with my appointment, which means I did not have to wait long.
Seems like the blind leading the blind in there. Extremely friendly staff. However, the doctor on duty that day seemed lost and seemed to defer to the nurses.
We sat and watched a lady name Miss Kim come in go behind the counter and take the lady working the counter into another room to talk while we waited for more than 15mins They didn’t apologize for the wait and then to find out that the lady who did it actually is over your facility. Such a disappointment
