Worst experience ever! I literally waited for four hours until they could call me to the back. Once I was in the back they told me I couldn't get the procedure done. I wish the receptionist would've told me that four hours prior that way I wouldn't have to be waiting.

Fell at work and injured myself...Nova care has done a good job at meeting my needs....referring me to specialists as needed....offering to pick me up for appointments....providing check ups on a regular basis...providing medications as needed...and just showing they care about my recovery. Thanks for all you do Nova!
They are very slow for a drug test. Was at the location before they opened. Still took over an hour and a half to be seen. The place filled up quickly. Was first there. They have a survey that is filled out about time and etc (which should be given afterwards) when you first get there with your paperwork. It is deceiving.
