Friendly staff, quiet office. Thorough and kind provider who thought carefully about my medical issues. Needed referrals and prescriptions were quickly provided. Labwork can be done within the office without trip to LabCorp. I am so glad i changed my care to this practice! Office staff is cordial and very helpful.
Prior to joining NOVAMED a year ago, I was very ill because my doctors were not in contact with one another and some of them were giving me medication that was incompatible with other medications. I have a complicated health situation and the 15 minutes that insurance allows for an office visit for regular fee for service doctors was not enough time to address my health concerns. I absolutely love the ease in which I can make appointments! And, the "no rush" visits with my doctor are a welcomed change from where I was going before. Dr. Mathur is caring, informative and thorough. She helps me keep on target and up to date. An added plus is the front office staff. They always interact with you in a kind and patient manner. Try this group, you won't regret it.
As always, I enjoyed my recent visit to Dr. Pontz's office. All the people in the office are cheerful, nice, and always willing to help, with a big smile. I am very happy for my husband and me to be a long-time patient at this exceptionally caring medical practice.
