The staff at Nova are amazing. The office is very warm and welcoming- doesn't feel like you are at a medical facility, which is very nice. They have lab and xray available in building. Once you are a member you have access 24/7 , 365 to your provider, which has come in handy multiple times. I would recommend them in a heartbeat if you are looking for a primary care provider.
This group offers the most caring, easy to access, professional medical care I have received since my physician father died. They are beyond fantastic!! In four short months I have been SO impressed by the care my husband and I have received.
Wow!! First time in years I wasn’t rushed through an appointment. I was actually listened to and able to ask questions. To be able to have a conversation about my health, concerns, and thoughts was refreshing! Healthcare is so expensive and honestly you get very little for it. One annual visit and a high deductible, not to mention the ridiculously short appointments.
