房間爛到掉渣，時間到不讓入住，要抱怨完才願意讓我們入住，房間沒電梯，要扛著行李走三層樓。 三個人房間超小，加床要特別講才來加，照明的燈泡還壞掉。櫃檯服務也很差，一臉不耐煩。 不要為了省錢住這邊，你會後悔。

We reserved rooms at the Nova Inn for workers who had just completed a demanding project in Yellowknife. On paper, this hotel looked like the perfect place for a well-earned rest. Unfortunately, that was not the case. Despite having a reservation and confirmation, the Nova Inn overbooked and had no rooms available for our team. 酒店有提供穿梭巴士往返機場 基本上能配合航班 我住的是兩床大房 房間大而且樓底夠高 但問題是房間的窗是固定的無法開啟 本來能夠開啟的地方安裝了一部冷氣 故此無法開窗通風 只能一直開著冷氣 有點可惜 浴室熱水穩定 房內有雪櫃 微波爐 電熱水煲 咖啡機 及電視 有間餐廳在三樓 方便追完光的朋友吃午餐
