Our son has been at Nova for over a year. Consumers in my son's house seem happy, safe and well taken care of. Staff has been good, professional and caring. Covid has been rough causing staff extra work and consumers less activities, but Nova team has put safety first and activities are starting to come back.
Our son has been well taken care of in NOVA facilities for several years. We are pleased with the services provided.
