Great Realtor that cares about his clients by putting their needs first and rolling up his sleeves and going to work.
Had a wonderful experience with Rico. Exceptionally professional, and incredibly knowledgeable. As soon as we signed the paperwork he was on top of things. He gave us very little to worry about and got things done so quickly and efficiently that we didn't really have enough time to worry about it in the first place. I couldn't imagine having a better experience. If I ever have a need for anyone in this buisness again, this is the only guy I'm going with.
The home buying process was smooth and my realtor kept me informed during the process. Would definitely recommend.
Our process was a bit complicated but Rico (Ruslan Roberts) made everything right, he was always there when I was having a fit and always answered my questions and calmed my nerves more then one time. If u are looking for an agent that will go above and beyond Rico is your guy you won’t be disappointed, he puts all his heart and soul in helping his clients and was truly a blessing to us in what seemed to be an impossible thing.
