Julie is professional, thorough, helpful, and she stays on top of things at all times. By being proactive and communicating with the seller's agent of the property I purchased, Julie identified what was needed for my offer to be the one accepted out of nine submitted offers. She provided follow-up communications and provided contact information for professionals to help with my future renovations and handyman projects. I've worked with Julie on two real estate transactions, and I recommend her to others.
