False advertisement: Nova advertises on their website, under their thermostat section, that they offer a free estimate. I called, went through all the pedigree questions, scheduling, and then I was told that there is a $139 service fee to come out to check the wiring for the smart thermostat. Why advertise a free estimate if it’s not free?
I had Nova come to service my AC. Irving Estrada was the tech and he did a great. He was respectful, courteous and professional. He completed the service perfectly. Excellent work
I recently had install a new AC system in my home, and I couldn't be happier! Their technicians were professional, friendly, and did a fantastic job.
