Isaiah Kam has been absolutely amazing throughout my whole hearing journey. Since I’m from a younger demographic, I’ve been embarrassed to admit I have hearing loss. But after beautiful words of encouragement, Isaiah helped me start this journey with so much confidence. He was incredibly kind, patient, knowledgeable, and efficient!! Props to NOVA Hearing too for having a wide selection of hearing aids and a payment plan that best suited my financial situation (my insurance didn’t offer much). Chris the audiologist is very nice and he gave me quality hearing aids that I love. . I'm bringing my husband in for the same hearing aids. Mary Beth the secretary is very pleasant .Good experience all around

Great customer service. Mrs. Daniela was amazing. Updating my hearing aid. Made some adjustments and explaining what she was doing. Went ahead made my for next year. I will recommend family and friends to go to her. If they need hearing aid.
