The office was clean, quiet and quaint. The person who greeted me at the front was very pleasant and made me feel welcome. Daniela explained how the hearing test was going to be conducted and it was simple and done.
This is possibly the best hearing service available in Nashville. I cannot thank Daniela enough for the wonderful attention she has paid to me concerning my new hearing aids.
Great service and friendly staff at the Murfreesboro office. Mrs. Kam was very helpful trying to fix my aid. When it could not be fixed in house, she told me all my options for sending off for repair as well as all the options for a new device. She even checked with my insurance and found out that I had some coverage that we didn’t know we had. Overall, I was very satisfied and would highly recommend.
