Very, very thorough and knowledgeable. Very patient with me and willing to help me select hearing aids that would work with my hearing loss. She also referred a dentist to help with my TMJ. Love Daniella and Nova!
Thorough and takes time to answer questions. I’m very satisfied with my hearing aids. The two programs she added really helped me in my new job.
Nova has been a game changer for me. I started the journey of impaired hearing about 5 yrs ago and it is not easy. Going to 2 other offices in town I gave up and.stoped wearing my aids, couldn't take it. Now at Nova these women are so honest, knowledgeable, and nice. I am 10 star satisfied. This is truly the best place to go... For the first time I can actually hear like normal again..:
