Daniella and Isiah Kim have assisted with my hearing needs for about 3 years and are right there every time I need them, from choosing the appropriate devices to any adjustments I need to have made! I recommend them highly!
Isaiah Kam has been absolutely amazing throughout my whole hearing journey. Since I’m from a younger demographic, I’ve been embarrassed to admit I have hearing loss. But after beautiful words of encouragement, Isaiah helped me start this journey with so much confidence. He was incredibly kind, patient, knowledgeable, and efficient!! The office was clean, quiet and quaint. The person who greeted me at the front was very pleasant and made me feel welcome. Daniela explained how the hearing test was going to be conducted and it was simple and done.
