Great service and friendly staff at the Murfreesboro office. Mrs. Kam was very helpful trying to fix my aid. When it could not be fixed in house, she told me all my options for sending off for repair as well as all the options for a new device. She even checked with my insurance and found out that I had some coverage that we didn’t know we had. Overall, I was very satisfied and would highly recommend.
Danielle is always cheerful and ready to help.
I had a great experience here and she went beyond what I had expected. I was so impressed with this hearing center
