I have been a patient of Nova Hearing for about 7 years. Daniela Kam is a very professional, knowledgeable and caring person. She always ask "how are You doing with Your hearing aids?" She answers every question I may have. She helped me get my first Hearing Aids. When I have had any issues about my hearing, She knows what to do to take care of it.I am so grateful to have Her as my Hearing Caregiver, my Husband is too!! P. K
I have had my hearing aids for 3 1/2 years and went for them to cleaned today. I’m thankful they are still in great shape. I always enjoy the friendly service I receive and fully trust the knowledge of Daniela and her staff. I highly recommend my friends to visit Nova Hearing, especially if they haven’t had a hearing test lately.
Daniella at the testing center was so great! She made sure she explained the whole process from the very beginning. She was always available to provide support along the line to the purchase. Once the aids were here, she took great care of me making sure I understood the aids and all the things included with the purchase. She made the entire process flow smoothly and greatly increased my confidence in my ability to be successful.
Brooke Kelley, H.I.S. , she is the nicest person I have ever meant. She went above her duties she was so very helpful and I didn’t leave there without understanding everything. When I called to ask a question she immediately called me back. She definitely is the best and I would recommend her to anyone!!! Give her a hefty raise!!!! I CAN HEAR!!!
Isaiah Kam has been absolutely amazing throughout my whole hearing journey. Since I’m from a younger demographic, I’ve been embarrassed to admit I have hearing loss. But after beautiful words of encouragement, Isaiah helped me start this journey with so much confidence. He was incredibly kind, patient, knowledgeable, and efficient!! Props to NOVA Hearing too for having a wide selection of hearing aids and a payment plan that best suited my financial situation (my insurance didn’t offer much).
