I'm giving a 3 because the manager was very nice, but how the appointment was setup is why I'm not giving a 5. I'm disappointed. I recently moved, needed a new salon, and this place was only 4 minutes away from me. I saw good reviews and looked at the pictures from Facebook. This place seemed great.
