Nova recently did some civil construction on my road, and overall the job was decent. But I was told months before it started that I would be notified if the works were going to impact my verge plantings. I never heard from them - came home one day to find some of the plants ripped out!! ☹️ Although they cleaned up most of this, some was left behind and they never came back after they were finished.
