All the doctors are very caring and shows concern, my most favorite are Dr Presti, and Dr Manavi. My least fav is Dr Elanor, its just preference but to me its the way she rushes through instructions and appointments.
It’s ironic that this is a women’s care facility and “patient-centered care is at the heart of everything they do.” Yet, they refuse to offer any form of anesthesia for painful and anxiety-inducing procedures. Before spending money on a consult, I called to confirm if they would honor a patient’s request for twilight sedation for a procedure I need. I can't say enough great things about this practice. Every doctor/ NP I met with was lovely. Dr. Clough delivered my son in mid-September and she is a true gem who makes me want to have a third because it was such a wonderful, memorable experience. I can't recommend this practice enough! So lucky to have them in the area!
My overall impression is that the practice prioritizes financial gain over patient well-being. As an excited new patient, I will not be returning and will never recommend this place to anyone. My experience has been exceptionally challenging and frustrating. I underwent two pap smears with Dr. LaFranchise within a week, both of which were deemed unsatisfactory. The front office ladies are very unprofessional. They don't do their work at all and make pregnant woman nervous for nothing. The woman named Loren, refused even to check the availability to schedule for later in pregnancy appointments. Her policy was to bring the patient every week starting week 32. And each week calling it as skipping 2 weeks. Like one week it's appointment for 32 weeks, next week it's for 36 weeks and ect.
