I had a very bad experience here. Arrived for my first appointment to find out the OB has been on maternity leave for the past 2 weeks. Why would they schedule me for someone 35 weeks pregnant and not call me to reschedule? Front desk said the appointment did not exist in their system and gave me a time for 45 minutes later with a different OB. I asked multiple times if they were accepting new patients before submitting my medical records, and requested clear reasons for any potential denial. Despite this, they still asked for my records and then later claimed they were at full capacity — something they could have communicated before wasting my time and personal information. On top of that, the front desk put me on hold without notice, and attempts to transfer care were inconsistent and confusing. I have HG - you know if you know. There are so many providers who will laugh at your face, tell you you’re being dramatic, will not help you. But I have found that the last three months of my horrid pregnancy, this practice has been nothing but helpful and super empathetic to my condition. Will update if need be but I’m glad to have found them!
The prenatal care and labor experience I had with my first child in 2021 was absolutely incredible. Dr. Glenna Anderson is by far the most professional and caring clinician I’ve ever received care from. So naturally I returned to this practice in 2025 for my second baby.
