I was recommended to NOVA Group for Women by several people, and I had a fantastic experience with them throughout my pregnancy. Many of the doctors I saw were exceptionally qualified and professional, but I ended up delivering with Hindman. She came highly rated, and she lived up to every expectation—she was incredibly kind, patient, and attentive. The nurses and office staff are also wonderfully friendly. I highly recommend this practice.
This 5 star review is for Drs Lafranchise & Presti! Dr. Lafranchise is a BOSS. She delivered my child, and I am SO, SO grateful to her and the nurses at INOVA Fairfax (Kesiah & Amy!) who did an EXCEPTIONAL job. They were such clear communicators, listened to me, did their best to respect my wishes in L&D, gave great guidance during the process, and got creative where they needed to. Seriously the best OB practice. After experiencing several miscarriages, I can’t say enough about the compassion and care I received from Dr. Presti, Dr. Choi, and Dr. Kinder. They were incredibly kind, patient, and supportive during one of the hardest times in my life. They took the time to answer my questions, listened to my concerns, and truly made me feel cared for every step of the way. I’m so grateful for their expertise and empathy, and I highly recommend this practice to anyone looking for exceptional OB care.
I had a very bad experience here. Arrived for my first appointment to find out the OB has been on maternity leave for the past 2 weeks. Why would they schedule me for someone 35 weeks pregnant and not call me to reschedule? Front desk said the appointment did not exist in their system and gave me a time for 45 minutes later with a different OB.
