The leasing agent was new and didn’t collect a security deposit to move in and after she realized her mistake she reached out to the tenant and DEMANDED it to be paid 2 days before Christmas. We told them we could have the deposit and Januarys rent on January first and they weren’t accommodating or understanding that it was the holidays. Omg. The apartments on oak tree circle are hideous. They need to clean out the eaves they need to pressure wash for all the black mold. There's a lot that needs to be done to these to look like the picture on Google maps. It doesn't look anything like that anymore. They need to repair the roof of these places and who knows what else. It's just so run down and beat up. Trash in the pond.
