Kildred was amazing very patient from the start to the end of the moving process. I was very at ease with everything from email communications to being able to call her and walk-in right in. Kildred offered excellent customer service about the apartment information and recommendations for moving in. Kildred is the one to speak to she is just a wonderful person with great positive, energy and has a passionate attitude and value for her job she does. Thank you again!
The lady at the Front Desk was amazing, A very nice and respectful worker. And the staff here was nothing but respectful and helpful the whole process!! Would recommend anyone to move here!!
Me and my boyfriend recently moved into the Nova Glen apartment complex hoping to find the perfect home for our little family and they did just that we love our little home so very much it’s perfect. The employees specifically Steven Tommy and Kildred are absolutely amazing constantly reassuring us if there’s a problem they have fixed it. Thank you Nova Glen for giving us a safe and happy place for our family
Beware of this place!! They allow car Towing during the night! They have poor customer service.
Renting from this place is a hassle Your time isn’t valued. Appointment was at 1 but they went out of the office with booked fking showings. Place looks nice outside but the office needs to fire and hire new management.
