There are several issues that have arrived, like any place you live. When there was a "water" issue it was a MAIN line. Anyone with a brain should know that is a big problem that cannot be solved over night. The complex offered a water hose AND delivered bottled water to each apartment, which I have never experienced in the 30 yrs living in FL apartments. New Review July 7, 2025 The first review was under poor management. I have a new review. This review is all Stars the staff is polite thoughtful even the emails are fill with hospitality! Great place to stay! I feel like I'm home now! I encourage you to rent here it's under New Management
This place is absolutely garbage. Do not rent from these people. The water has been off for five days and they have the emergency maintenance line disconnected. I have it on video calling them on day 2. It is taking five days to fix a 3 inch water main and it’s still not fixed. The only reason they got star is because that’s the only way to write this review. If you’re thinking about renting from this place run, take your money elsewhere. Quick, painless, maintenance was fast to help install a shower head I wanted, nice to have a washer and dryer in the apartment.
Mike the maintenance guy was a great help in assisting us with our problem and amazing customer service while dealing with him appreciate all the help!
