I just called the service department at Nova Ford because thats my closest dealership and was shocked at how rude and dismissive the man on the phone was. I had a genuine question about an issue with my Ranger, and instead of offering help or even basic courtesy, he spoke to me like I was an inconvenience. I expected a professional tone, not attitude and arrogance. If this is how they treat customers over the phone, I can only imagine what it’s like in person. The service department is the worst department I have ever dealt with You can never gat a hold of them and when you book in on line the vehicle is never booked in on the day The vehicle will beep 20 seconds after the vehicle is locked and in over a year it has never been fixed and no communication has ever come back about the repair except the they have reset the vehcicle
