I had issues with my fireplace and a nice gentleman in the office took about 20 minutes of his time to walk me through my options. He was patient, kind and thourough in explaining everything. Highly recommend

We highly recommend NOVA Fireplace and Stove. Dan, the owner, is the man! He is a MASTER builder. He can do anything you need. Dan initially met with us to discuss installing a fireplace, but by the end of the consultation, our focus had shifted to upgrading our lighting and electrical features - including recessed lights, new switches, outlets, and covers - throughout the living and dining rooms, kitchen, and staircase hallway. I recently called about getting my gas fireplace fixed and had quite a few questions about the issue and the repair process. I spoke to Stewart for a while, and I really appreciated how patient and professional they were throughout the entire conversation.
