Terrible company. Terrible customer service and their escrow management is a complete joke. Save your head and go some where else. Their main target is non English speaking Asians. Yes they are scamming their own people.

Avoid at all cost if possible. Their main source of customers are Asian who sadly don’t have the knowledge nor English to find a better option. They are frankly a scam in many regards. Terrible service, never answers phone calls and refuse to do their job. Worst of all they have friends who work in real estate scamming Asians by bringing them now. Avoid avoid avoid. Still waiting on a check that I will most likely never receive back

Will be filing a lawsuit. Escrow company charged me for bills at the closing However my gas bill was already paid for but they still took well over a couple hundred and never refunded me Now comes the kicker. They never paid off my peco bill!. They took the money for the bill at closing but never made a payment ! Peco ended up putting a collection on to my credit score costing me years of damage to my credit. Will be hiring a lawyer and looking into suing this company
