I have been going to this ctr now for last 7 mths, great place for people who are serious about losing weight. Getting healthy & back into shape has been such a top priority for me and this program has helped me so much in achieving my goal. I would usually lose my motivation after a few weeks into working out but this program & the doctors constant support throughout my journey helped me achieve the results I wanted. I gained a lot of weight after my babies and wanted to loose the weight. Tried Weight Watchers and other programs but were not very helpful. I went to Nova Physician Weight Loss Center and have been able to shed 27 pounds so far. I have tried the Meal replacement products which taste pretty good and the Regular food as well and has worked great for me. I have been put on the 1000 calorie Diet Plan and do not feel the cravings. I feel more energetic and fitting into my clothes again.
I had become very frustrated after trying to loose weight with weight watchers and other weight loss programs and than a friend of mine referred to the this Center. Nice Office with very friendly front office personnel. They did my Metabolic Rate with this Machine which tells me so much more about my self and how much weight I have to loose and my Muscle and Fat analysis.
