I wish I could give them 0 stars. I usually do not write reviews however, they have been highly unprofessional and refusing to give me a refund. I paid $770 for my classes upfront and had all of my classes scheduled. I did one class. They CANCELLED the next 3 classes. I ask for a refund because that’s unacceptable especially when they’ve canceled classes 3 hours before the scheduled time. Almost 2 weeks later, they refused to give me a refund. Nicole helped me get my sister enrolled. They didn’t have any open availability but she reached out to a few drivers to see if she could make it happen for me. She was very sweet and even scheduled the first two lessons right there over the phone. After trying another place with horrible cs, Nicole was very lovely to work with.

Terrible experience. We paid to use a Nova car for my daughter's driving test. They gave us a 10am appointment time. We don't live near the Department of State driving facility. While we were en route, the instructor, Augustine, texted to ask us to come earlier. We were driving and obviously didn't see it. We arrived 20 minutes BEFORE the appointment time. CJ and Augustine did a great job!!! I got my driver’s license today. Passed both the written and road tests. Overall turnaround was also quick. Appreciate the support provided by CJ and the tips given by Augustine. Loved the experience overall.
