⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had an excellent experience at Nova Dental Clinic. The entire staff is incredibly professional, friendly, and attentive, but I would especially like to highlight the dental assistant, Ladys Mariam. She was outstanding—kind, patient, and very caring—making me feel comfortable and well taken care of throughout my visit. Truly this dental office has to be the best medical experience i have ever received! The place is very modern and clean. The staff is incredibly nice. One of the staff member even came outside to the waiting room to great me and offer everyone coffee. I felt very at ease and ready for my treatment. I highly recommend this dental office to anyone who want a relaxing environment while having their dental work done. Keep it up!

I called simply to schedule a routine dental cleaning—basic preventive care that is normally covered by insurance. Instead, I was met with rudeness, constant interruptions, and an argumentative tone from the person who answered the phone, Miriam. She spoke over me and insisted that X-rays and an “evaluation” were mandatory and that a cleaning would only happen if she decided it was necessary.
