I had such a sweet and awesome time. I’m usually super nervous going to anything doctors related but they made it super accommodating I genuinely felt homie. There was an attendant named Leidy I believe who talked me through the whole process and I would’ve probably left if she wasn’t super nice. Then the hygienist Jessie (as well😂) left my teeth sparkling and she was equally as sweet and was amazing at her job. I will say they were very kind. However they overcharged me for my cleaning. And I know this because I had gone to two other dentist for estimates. They gave me a deep cleaning that I did not need. Also absolutely refused composite bonding and insisted on veneers instead. I’ve had several people tell me veneers are a huge mistake. I went elsewhere and did the composite bonding with no issues, no push back, for an affordable price. Novas customer service was wonderful, but their dental service was inferior
