Great experience at Nova! My appointment started promptly, and everything regarding my insurance and benefits was explained thoroughly. The dental assistant was wonderful, and the doctor was knowledgeable, detailed, and gentle throughout my exam. I especially appreciated that I didn’t feel pressured or upsold on unnecessary treatment. Overall, the entire visit felt professional, honest, and comfortable. This was my first regular visit to Dr. Kim’s Nova Dental, and I had a great experience. All of the staff were friendly, helpful, and professional. The visit took a little longer because I needed X-rays, but everything went smoothly and efficiently. I went into Nova Dental this morning for a root canal and crown, and I couldn't be more impressed. The entire process was completely pain-free! The dentist is so nice, extremely thorough, and took the time to explain every detail about my teeth and treatment plan. I felt completely comfortable and in good hands from start to finish.
