I had a very uncomfortable and disappointing experience at the Nowodent branch in Garden City. From the moment I arrived, the employee named Aynur was unwelcoming and unfriendly. Her attitude felt confrontational, as if I was there to argue rather than receive treatment. What made the experience worse was the way I was treated. Worst dental experience ever. They only bring you in to waste your time and money. The funniest part is that the doctor isn’t even sure whether you actually need a root canal. They pressure you like you’re just a customer to bill, not a patient they care about. They never let you speak directly to the doctor, and the front desk acts like they’re the managers of the entire place. Truly unprofessional from start to finish.
went in and did a cleaning for my teeth and it was the best customer service was also amazing too
