I called the office, twice, some one answered but was engaged in another conversation and didn't speak. I called back, the staff member, in broken English, asked me to send them my insurance card to verify they accept my insurance. I got their name from my insurance company and didn't see why she couldn't just verify my membership over the phone AS EVERY OTHER PROVIDER HAS.
