If I could give zero stars, I would. I called to ask if they were accepting new patients and was told I needed prior dental records. I explained that my previous dental office is permanently closed and the records are not accessible. Despite this, I was repeatedly told that records were still required, with no alternative solution offered. The interaction felt unnecessarily difficult and unaccommodating, so l chose not to continue the conversation. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this office to new patients.
Nova Dental on cromwell is very unprofessional, if you voice your concerns about service you receive there, they'll decline your phone calls and cancel you and your family .
I had an excellent experience here. They accepted me the same day, which was a huge relief. Everyone was incredibly kind from the moment I walked in. Dr. Lian was awesome — she explained everything clearly, was very careful, and made the whole process easy and painless. Highly recommended!
Amazing staff! Caring and Very accommodating! The place is extremely spacious, and Meticulously clean. I get my cleanings done there, and I just got my teeth Professionally whitened! WOW ! So white !! And I was extremely impressed. The staff, Dr. Trudy, Denise, Michelle and the doctors are awesome.!
The worst experience ever , stay away from this place i don’t recommend it to no one even my enemies, the doctor she’s nice but dental hygienist she’s sooo rude , unprofessional, bad attitude.
