If I could give zero stars, I would. I called to ask if they were accepting new patients and was told I needed prior dental records. I explained that my previous dental office is permanently closed and the records are not accessible. Despite this, I was repeatedly told that records were still required, with no alternative solution offered. The interaction felt unnecessarily difficult and unaccommodating, so l chose not to continue the conversation. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this office to new patients.
