do not go. had a small hole on my front tooth, and when i went in several times they didn’t seem to care or fill it. also went in for a cleaning when they told me they were awaiting a crown for another one of my tooth’s and they’d call me when they got it. haven’t heard from them since.
Good experience
Medicaid patients get billed $50 dollars for any time you not only cancel, but reschedule an appt. According to DSS, that’s not allowed. But according to them it is. I did call last min to reschedule a cleaning. I didn’t think I would make it. I called the main number to get an AI system to reschedule my appt so I followed through and thought it was good. I get a call from “Mary” the blonde receptionist with glasses, if that’s her name, telling me they got my reschedule notification but I can’t reschedule like that, and now ... read more
So very disappointed made an appointment for today at 3 PM with the automated system drove half an hour and wasted my gas and to find out that the place is closed. online it says still open.but the place was locked up and no one was in there. You can never get to a human with their automated service. Very very displeased with this place. Also the automated system could not find my appointment either of course. Whata waste.
