Made an appointment for 2:45. Called and said I’d be late they told me as long as it wasn’t more than 15 mins I would be okay. Well I arrived at 2:58 and was told they gave my appointment away after they said on the phone they wouldn’t!!!!!!! So pissed right now. Drove over an hour to get here and this is the service I receive?? No thanks.

For over 30 years of seeking competent counselors, I have discovered that many therapists are quick to say they specialize in serving transgender clients, but there are actually only 3-4 in Louisville--or within 50 miles of Louisville--who have intensive knowledge and experience with our issues. Carrie Hunter is the real deal! I have been her client now for more than three years, and recommend her without hesitation to every trans person I meet who's seeking competent counseling.
