I had a very positive encounter from my first phone call through the entire process with the owner Ken at Nova Computers Inc. He was very professional, accomodating & flexible in regard to my needs & unique circumstances of retrieving data from my dead laptop. Even though my old laptop was now toast he removed & morphed my hard drive to a host computer of his own.
