I've lived here for 3 years and I would recommend. The on-site property management team stands out as responsive and very reasonable. It is very easy to communicate with management and maintenance. There are many pros to speak of: clean and safe building, great proximity to the Green Line B, units have updated furnishings, great for pet owners, nice lobby/common area with free snacks, generally friendly and respectable neighbors.
