Update: I am dissatisfied with the service I received. After the repair, my vehicle failed inspection just two days later. Although the team said this was not related to their work, I found out at another body shop that my tire lock had not been returned to me. This, along with multiple delays that extended the process to over 2.5 weeks, made my overall experience disappointing.
While the overall repair was satisfactory, I would like to note that the process was extended multiple times, resulting in a total duration of over 2.5 weeks. This prolonged timeline was unexpected and impacted the overall experience, despite the acceptable quality of the repair itself.
