Great customer service and good job with the repairs as well. Sael made sure to keep me updated during the whole process and answered all the questions and concerns I had in a prompt and thorough manner.
Nova worked with Geico Insurance and Enterprise to fix my car and rent me a car during repairs, everything went as smoothly as possible and my car looks great - even thoroughly cleaned on the inside - Thank You!
I visited this place based on the reviews. Went there and the guys saw the car and said he will send me a quote by end of day or max by tomorrow. Never got a quote despite calling them multiple times through the week. Asked to talked to their manager and never got a call back from her. Wasted my whole week. This is an irresponsible act and maybe "they dont care" about their clients; either way not good for their business!!!
