I had an intermittent fault with my Ford Focus transmission which was quickly diagnosed by Joe and his team. They sourced new parts from Ford and had my car back on the road after a week. Great friendly service.
We arrived in West Beach and noticed a issue with the Gear Box on our Ford Ranger. We contacted Joe and his Team at Nova not expecting the Kind and Prompt service from them with the pressure we placed on the team to assist with a full diagnosis. Booked my car for a trans service they were friendly & informative on the phone gave me a quote & sent me an SMS & Also a reminder SMS few days before which is handy in case u forget ! Job was done in a reasonable time & he pointed out a few issues which were done by the last place I had trans service done . They use good quality oil & parts very professional & I highly recommend using this company for any transmission issues or for services . Will definitely be back & thnx to all the staff there .
