Went for a showing of their apartments to rent. The first 2 bedroom that Lori Rivera showed had roaches upon opening the apartment door. My stomach turned as I did when I left the apartments. Game over for my family at 1400 Nova Apartments
I moved into this apartment complex in Dec 2021 and the problems began from the very day I moved in. The front gate has not been working since the very day I moved in. The washer and dryer constantly go out of order due to "balancing the load" and when I asked for maintenance for service the office staff told me this is not considered an emergency so they will service when they can. No time frame was given on when they would arrive, and they suggested I use the laundry room which I would have to use my own debit card to pay ... read more
