Lia was absolutely amazing. From the gentle hair massage during the wash to the actual haircut, she went above and beyond. She did a fantastic job layering and texturizing my thick, straight hair so it sits perfectly. I will definitely be back!

I found Novy for hair and make up for my daughter's baby shower event at the Oak Park Conservatory. The salon is beautiful, with a Zen atmosphere, and the staff and owner go above and beyond. Lia is absolutely amazing and gave me the perfect look for the event and was an absolute pleasure to work with! She even used a lint cleaner to clean my coat before I left. They really made me feel special and the attention to detail was above and beyond. I highly recommend this salon and Lia!
