This place seems like a dream come true at first. Saideh and Chantel are good sales people and say yes to your hearts desires and ask you for a full payment while the dress is still being made. I only paid half at first. No updates or commitments to a specific date they tell you not to worry. If planning and transparency are important to you, look elsewhere. Your designer, Francesca, made all of those changes except one: the lace appliques for the back of your gown. I would choose a 0 but it's not available. They don't care about their customers and don't deliver promised product. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM. Still waiting to hear back but I won't hold my breath.
