My spouse got their nails done here. They are in a wheelchair and the staff kept trying to move them and kept almost hitting their foot they just had surgery on. The nails took over an hour and they are so lumpy and uneven. 55$ not well spent. At the end she just grabbed their phone and everything without asking and tried to bring them to the front. At the end, they kept trying to move my spouses wheelchair without asking constantly and almost hitting their foot every time.
Extremely Disappointed – Worst Nail Experience Ever I’ve been getting my nails done for over 15 years, and I’ve never had an experience this bad. I was at the nail salon inside Springfield Mall, and it was a complete disaster from start to finish. When I walked in, I told the receptionist very clearly that I needed a new set manicure and that I was short on time. WORST NAILS DONT GO HERE Overpriced rude and horrible nails Literally save your money and go anywhere else. Charged me $75 for $40 work.
The staff were wonderful, especially the team at the front desk. Tristy was incredibly kind and patient while doing my nails, working with me to make sure I got exactly what I wanted. This will definitely be my new go-to nail salon. Highly recommend!
They were super nice and did an amazing job on my nails.
