Incredible job they do here, it's our absolute favorite place. Great staff and superb meal. Ten stars.
The food was absolutely exceptional — beautifully presented, delicious, and honestly deserving of 5–6 stars. The restaurant itself is also beautiful: cozy, elegant, spotless, and clearly very well cared for. Unfortunately, the service did not match the quality of the food or the atmosphere. Our server, who was French, was noticeably aggressive and unfriendly, particularly toward my teenage son. Reservations are required, but we were able to get in on a Friday night with only a 40 minute call ahead. The staff were excellent in explaining the dishes and were very happy with this restaurant. I highly recommend this place. We splurged on eating here and honestly 2 people could eat here about $125, not including tip. The service and quality is well deserved of their pricing.
Just wasn't impressed. For an "upscale" restaurant, I expected more. The meat was delicious and cooked impeccably, but boiled carrots and green beans as the sides were uninspired and kind of lame. The side salad was one of the worst I have had at any restaurant. There just wasn't anything to it. The server was very nice, but the hostess was abrupt and close to rude.
