RecommendedI feel safe and secure with all the new technology features. And love how new the building is and the wonderful fragrance you smell when you walk I to the building.
The best place to live in Tysons Corner, hands-down! The staff here is incredible, and so are the amenities and apartments themselves.
The location is great. I like the amenities in the building and our view. There were a few hiccups moving in and a few things in our apartment that were not repaired before we moved in, but over all I like it here.
Horrible since greystar took over.
Mgmt is terrible, communication is terrible. Gotten worse since Monogram was bought by Greystar.
Wonderful staff and facility. Less than 5 stars b/c 1. The elevators are not all working with high reliability 2. Cooling system in our 2 BR chills the common area, while leaving the bedrooms significantly warmer.
