Great Apartments My partner and I love this complex. We lived in a 1Bed, 1Bath unit. We were college students during the time, so we really appreciated that the utilizes are included within the rent. There were also two on-site laundry facilities which made it easy to do laundry. Not to mention that our unit was tremendously clean and all the appliances worked properly upon moving in. Best Priced & Organized This has to be the best priced apartments on the west side! Was renting the 2BD and 1 BA which were great. This was my first time renting and the experience was GREAT! The size and layout was great and rooms were spacious with plenty of closet space. The management for these apartments were A1 across the board! Quiet and spacious The great thing about these apartments are they are large and clean with all paid utilities. The complex is very quiet, which I love but if you are a party person or have small children it probably won't suite. There's a small laundry facility on site and a pool. The landscaping is lovely, actually it is one of the reasons I chose these apartments along with the built in bookshelves.
