I have been going to Dr. Chang for years and have always highly recommended him to my friends and colleagues. I thought we had pretty good rapport. However, this changed on Memorial Day 2021. I had called weeks ahead of Memorial Day to make an appointment. I had to go in and see Dr. Chang because his Botox injections caused me to have droopy eyelids. They looked bad.
