Dr. Rubin came very highly recommended to me and I was very optimistic about the possibility of receiving treatment from her. The process to get the initial appointment booked was a little difficult and took several weeks. The person who books appointments was out of the country and it was hard to communicate and get timely answers, but eventually it worked out and I had my telemedicine appointment with the Dr. Rubin.
